Srishti’s Imperia is a residential project by Sansar Buildcon. It offers premium bungalow plots in Raipur. 

Home is a haven of peace and quiet that one can return to after a long, busy day. Creating a space where residents live amidst such serenity was the founding principle of this real estate project. 

They came to us to take their brand online with a website and social media accounts.

The Challenge

The challenge: We worked in 2 areas for Srishti’s Imperia and both were a challenge in themselves.


The primary target audience for the website were home buyers between the ages of 35-60. They would either be people looking to move into a new home or people looking to buy houses for investment purposes.

An image-centric website was designed to showcase how the society would look after completion of construction and to give an overview of the amenities to future residents. With a video walkthrough and pictures of the layout of the entire space displayed on the web pages, we ensured that each visitor got a clear idea of the scope of this project.

Responsive UI elements were used for easy browsing on any device. 

Since the project highlights an ambience of serenity and peace, we choose a green and white palette to signify this.

A lead capture form was integrated into the site as well, which allowed interested people to give their details and download a detailed brochure.

Social Media

We set up their Instagram account with 2 things in mind. 

One, the account was for people who wanted to know more about the project after getting to know about it from somewhere else. 

Two, the account was for those people who were interested in homes but were not yet engaged with the brand. We wanted to nurture both these audiences.


We created interactive stories for audience engagement, made attractive reels for increasing the reach, and crafted compelling captions for the feed.

The Outcome

The clean and informative website was appreciated by everyone who saw it. With it’s easy navigation and focus on visual elements, we were able to clearly communicate the brand value and project offering.

The form on the website got Srishti’s Imperia over 50 leads in a month, which converts to 3 leads per day. 

The Instagram account too reached 500+ people with 4000+ impressions in just a month. We are sure it will grow even more as we work on newer ways to connect with the relevant people on the platform.
